We are seeking a Regional Property Manager for our Colonial Estates community in Glen Allen, Virginia, and overseeing the management of other properties in Charlottesville and Staunton. The MHE Regional Property Manager has a wide variety of duties related to the MHE communities, its residents, and potential residents. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: Regularly meet with residents to receive their rent payment and often go to residents' homes to collect (or follow up on) late payments. Show available units to those interested in moving to the community; the units are sometimes model homes and are sometimes actual homes that are currently available. Provide office coverage at all MHE communities as needed and assist with operational activities, leasing, and marketing at all properties. The Regional Property Manager is accountable to protect, maintain and enhance the value of commercial real estate assets in order to maximize the owner's financial return and for the benefit of the tenants, consumers, and the community. This incumbent represents the property owner to both the tenants and the public.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
Knowledge of Manufactured Housing Sales and Marketing
Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
