Regional Property Manager

Our client is a reputable and growing real estate firm with a focus on multifamily, affordable housing and property management on a national scale.

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring an experienced Regional Property Manager based in the Pittsburgh, PA, area to play a pivotal role in managing an existing portfolio's performance and identify opportunities for future profitability growth.

• Oversee the performance of a regional portfolio of properties (2,000 - 3,000 units)

• Conduct meetings with investor representatives to discuss property operations and performance.

• Supervise the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, marketing plans, and business plans for all communities under direct management.

• Monitor monthly and quarterly financial performances and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Maintain operations in compliance with regulatory agencies, lenders, investors, and other applicable compliance requirements.

• Handle reporting responsibilities in accordance with HUD/TC/ADHP/HOME/Bond regulations.

• Oversee REAC/UPCS inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in property or asset management in the affordable housing sector.

• Experience with Housing Assistance Program (HAP) vouchers is required.

• Strong leadership skills; passionate and committed to the development of staff.

• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
