The Regional Property Manager is a leader within the communities they oversee. They build and maintain great teams and a solid tenant base. We aren't looking for just anyone but for YOU - someone GREAT at what they do! Someone with a passion for the multifamily industry who can be nimble and work well within the dynamic multifamily housing environment. The ideal candidate lives in Columbus, OH metro area.

Salary up to $110,000/yr. plus $12,000/yr. bonus potential

What we need from you:

• 5+ years' experience in site-based property management of large residential portfolios (500+ units)

• 3+ years' experience in multi-site residential management

• Advanced understanding of fair housing laws

• Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance and construction

• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software.

• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong critical thinking skills

• RealPage experience preferred
