Regional Programs Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

Support the efforts of assigned division's automation goals, assist in facilitation of program efficiencies, maximize opportunities for new customer program engagement; with a continual focus on limiting the inventory risk and liability associated with automation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.

Program Sales Support:

• Initiate the setup of a program on the Tracker; help identify a solution; create and maintain telnet

records or OSI Control records; review program Tracker task list; prepare legal documents and post after approvals.

• Resolve file processing errors on Ebiz Dashboard; work with IT to adjust program mapping.

• Monitor Program Account's Exception Reports and errors and help sales when needed.

• Review telnet contracts to ensure they are active for all Program Accounts and work with sales to

correct or update.

• Coordinate the scheduling and preparation of all Program consignment cycle counts. Reconcile and provide recommendations on all Program cycle counts.

• Initiate price analysis of all Program Accounts based on terms of Program legal agreement and advise sales and management.

• Provide Bar-code labeling, hardware, inventory bins, catalogs, order sheets and printing if needed by sales.

• Coordinate programming and implementation of all special shipping/packaging labels in addition to customized shipping documents.

• Assist with the processing of Program RMA consignment returns if needed.

• Adjust Program Inventory where needed.

• Evaluate MRP forecast and provide recommendations based on reserved inventory.

Other Support

• Assist Regional Operations Manager as needed regarding programs; assist with the training of Sales personnel on our Program offerings and how the program will run.

• With Sales, write an Internal Statement of Work for each program.

• Assist with maintaining the accuracy of the Programs/Automation module within the Wiki.

• The RPS may also be required to perform other duties/functions as directed by management that are deemed necessary or important to the overall operation of the Region or the Company.

Inventory

• Review and analyze all consignment 90-day slow moving inventory and advise sales and management

for possible return.

• Review program driven reserves and MRP items and advise sales and management.

• Manage and assist product and sales management with Reserve Tracker (Reds) on "Program" related reserves.

Reports

• MRP Share Analysis Report; review lost business and inventory liabilities.

• Monthly Consignment Inventory/Sales Report.

• Cycle Count Workbook and Reconciliation Analysis -- tracking calendar.

• Quarterly program reports -- determined regionally.
