Partners with division VP, ROD, and Recruitment Team to ensure Workforce Planning goals are appropriate and monthly/annual goals are met.

Ensure staffing models by clinic/region/division are accurate and updated.

Identify and coordinate relationships with educational institutions to ensure adequate candidate pipeline. Maintain SIP program and School of Nursing relationships.

Ensure selection processes aligned with BDPs and outcome quality meets division goals. Provide training when required.

Division lead for training calendar, recruiting partnerships, interview calendars, requisition postings

Oversees training needs and retention in the division and implement a plan to address these needs in collaboration with RODs and clinical educators, and ensure timely completion of training

VIEW JOBS 1/9/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-08T00:00 Title: Manager IWSS Program Requisition Id: 325 Job Function: Field Services Operations Career Area: Drivers Position Purpose: Manage the Integrated Waste Stream Solutions (IWSS) and services provided to LQ Accounts for assigned accounts. Ensures program development and implementation, and meets all proposal and contractual obligations between Stericycle and customer. Responsible for managing the acquisition of program resources and coordinating Stericycle and Customer employees, and 3rd party contractors, in order to deliver the IWSS program on-time and according to plan. Key Job Activities: 1) Define scope of work, deliverables, and goals of the IWSS Program, as outlined in the customer contract. 2) Estimate physical assets and human resources required to achieve program goals. 3) Develop full scale project plans, timelines, milestones, and associated communication documents. 4) Clearly and effectively communicate plans, goals, and expectations with hospital employees and administration. 5) Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget adjustments, as necessary. 6) Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members as appropriate. 7) Supervise, teach and motivate project team members, as well as contractors, influencing positive action and accountability for assigned tasks. 8) Proactively manage changes in the scope of work, identify potential issues/concerns, and devise contingency plans. Resolve conflicts, as required. 9) Continuously track milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation and presentations to project team members and customers. 10) Identify successful and unsuccessful project elements; develop best practices and tools for future program execution and management. 11) Upon implementation, actively manage selected service providers of MSW, Recycling, Confidential Documents, Hazardous Waste and Construction Waste, as well as existing RMW and SMS, In order to achieve target gross margins and ensure a high level in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 12) Effectively coordinate training activities with hospital employees and Stericycle HCS (Healthcare Compliance Specialists), helping to hold all departments accountable to proper segregation.
