We are looking for a Regional Profitability Leader for Rexel USA in Capitol Heights, MD.
The Regional Profitability Leader provides individual customer analytics to support field sales and pricing efforts. This role partners with branch sales professionals to maximize profitability at an individual customer level.
Proactive, individual customer analytics to meet Region pricing and margin goals:
Apply analysis of customer resell pricing and resulting margin data to advocate pricing recommendations and updates
Work Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) expiration report with field sales and management to ensure cost and sell renewals are completed timely, avoiding lapses in customer service and profit leakage
Monitor vendor price increases with pricing team to optimize profitability
Conduct branch-level customer reviews specifically looking at customer resell pricing instructions and Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) utilization
Educate sales teams on profitability, system pricing, SPA renewals, etc.
Translate industry and system data into targeted information that supports sales decision-making
Assist with customer resale pricing and contract management through the Region
Work with central pricing maintenance group (Pricing Analyst, Pricing Specialist) to ensure timely updates and implementation into various IT systems

Skills, Knowledge, and Education Required
Track record of focus and success with profitability improvement
Strong communication, team-building and interpersonal skills
comfortable communicating financial terminology and complex analytics
awareness of and vigilance towards appropriate, audience-centric vernacular
Ability to prioritize and organize job tasks within established deadlines
Expertise using tools such as Business Objects/report writers; strong working knowledge of Excel
4-6 years' experience in pricing, sourcing, operations or inside sales
