  • Perform responsibilities under general and direct supervision of the Director of Front Office Operations

  • Provides front office training, policy and procedure implementation for all NE New Jersey locations

  • Perform as part of Regional PC, Integration, and Training Team


  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to travel often to IvyRehab locations which span NE New Jersey

  • Independent self-starter

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Rehabilitation Tool Kit and Therapy Source


  • Participate in strategic planning activities into front office operational plans and leading up to new facility integrations, including attendance at Regional PC meetings

  • Participate in all front office aspects of Integration Team

  • Train regional new hires for PC/PR role and assess training progress and report to Director of Front Office Operations Provide plan of action for any PC/PR that are identified to as having an inadequate audit

  • Monitor each clinic's performance metrics and formulate a plan of action for improvement as necessary. Including performance related to individual site audits and accounts

  • Monitor and distribute front office metrics for each clinic to Director of Front Office Operations with recommendations for improvement as necessary

  • Work with Director of Front Office Operations, Other Regional PCs, and Central Billing Office to monitor each clinic's financial metrics including co-pay collection, authorizations, registration errors, etc.

  • Work with Director of Front Office Operations and other Regional PCs to implement protocols and policies and procedures to increase the performance of the front desk

  • Ensure compliance with all front office operational procedures

  • Implementation / Planning for FOTO & e-mail collection with action plan for all struggling sites

  • Participate as a member of the Regional PC Team to ensure the front office staff adheres to the company's policies and to work with Director of Front Office Operations to formulate a plan to improve the company's standards and policies as necessary

  • Provide/organize coverage for clinics as needed

  • Lead monthly Regional PC meetings- in person and conference calls

  • Perform other diverse duties as requested or required
