Ensures all service activities meet customer schedules and goals.
Directs daily, weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
Ensures proper workforce management including, headcount, schedules (time off request, attendance), payroll, and employee relations (discipline).
Responsible for maintaining daily invoices, accurate part tracking and inventory levels.
Develops and implements continues improvement opportunities and employee training needs. Drives root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Reviews and recommends short and long-term resource requirements, capital equipment and facilities expenditures. Ensure adequate supply of tools & equipment.
Assists with recommendations regarding workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Years of Experience: 2 years of experience in business, customer service, or equipment repair industry.
CDL License preferred, Vocational training certificate or equivalent in work experience. Strong knowledge of Diesel Engines, Electrical systems, Hydraulics, Generators preferred
Ability to attain airport issued ID badge
Must possess a valid drives license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies
