Regional Operations Manager
Requires Relocation to Sandy, UT
1.Assist the General Manager in creating and maintaining appropriate organizational environment and value system, which stimulates the morale and productivity of the facilities in the assigned region.
2.Assist General Manager in providing strategic direction and planning and customer focus for the facilities in the assigned region.
3.Monitor and evaluate operation of facilities and Center Managers to ensure that facilities are in full compliance with State and Federal Regulations, FDA approved Standard Operating Procedure Manual, OSHA, CLIA, CGMP, as well as all internal company procedures, in-process controls; feedback to Director of Operations that is relevant and timely.
4.Maintain open and positive lines of communication with Center Manager.
5.Maintain thorough familiarity of State and Federal Regulations, FDA approved Standard Operating Procedure Manual, OSHA, CLIA, CGMP, internal company procedures, and stay informed of external events that could affect the organization and its future operation.
6.Visit facilities as needed.
7.Assist Center Manager with technical and administrative questions.
8.Maintain all skills and flexibility necessary to manage a donor center in the absence of the Center Manager.
9.Assist Center Manager in any necessary tasks in pursuit of company objectives.
1.BS/BA degree with two (2) years of multi-site plasma center experience. Or five (5) years of plasma center management experience.
2.Evaluation and/or translation of any foreign education (high school, university, or professional training) must be provided.
3.Must have legible handwriting.
4.Ability to read and write the English Language.
5.Must have an aptitude to operate computer software.
