The Opportunity

Goodman is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our MGR, Regional Operations position. This position provides guidance to the Branch Managers by providing coaching, training and direction to ensure branch sales, customer service, profitability and asset management goals are met. Responsibilities include assisting in the hiring, training, performance management including annual performance and mid year evaluations and corrective actions. Ensures all company policies, safety standards, and procedures related to employees and operations are followed. Responsibilities

May include

  • Ensures all branches and employees are following all procedures, policies, safety standards and work instructions.

  • Resolve customer issues, complaints and transactions when necessary.

  • Manage, supervise and conduct Branch Visit Guide; follow-up and assist in resolving deficiencies.

  • Assist in the planning of forecasting inventory needs, ensuring adequate product inventory is available and in good condition. Working in conjunction with Inventory planners at the HLC.

  • Resolve operations issues or concerns by communicating with DOM and/or Regional Manager or corporate office where appropriate.

  • Ensure House account sales are being monitored and accounts are being worked via CRM.

  • Review branch P&L's and provide guidance and direction to help deficient areas get back on track.

  • Work with Region Manager and Territory Sales Manager's to enable Region to achieve overall sales goals.

  • Act as support line with sales.

  • Work with HR Business Partner to proactively develop the branches' staffing/talent pipelines including actively networking and participating in the Branch Manager Training program (BMT) to ensure adequate personnel are in the branch at all times.

  • Ensure that all employees receive sufficient training for their roles and coordinate with corporate office, HR and company trainers to ensure training goals and requirements are continuously met.

  • Willing to spend whatever time it takes within the Region to get a branch back up to speed.

  • Liaise with corporate real estate and operations for branch openings, closings, relocations and layout planning including conducting real estate building and location evaluations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • 4 Year degree or equivalent

The Limestone Bank Retail Regional Manager is responsible to lead and manage the Retail Banking Network for Limestone Bank handling such duties as management and development of Banking Center Managers and individual growth from the branch financial statements. This position will support all retail banking initiatives and be both sales and operationally focused. EXPECTATIONS / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Direct management of Banking Center Managers and Floating Customer Service Representatives. * Partner with retail management to create a universal strategy and consistent customer experience. * Provide input to Senior Management regarding the proper staffing level of branch(s). * Support retail management with ongoing market evaluation and banking center performance analysis. * Develop promotional strategies / plans and execute for the banking centers. * Use analytical skills to understand operational requirements of the banking centers and provide assistance on special projects as assigned. * Maintain Floating Customer Service Representative calendars. * Schedule, prepare for and run Retail conference calls and meetings * Coordinate collection of competitor information such as products and rates for comparison * Creation of multiple types of reporting for internal analysis * Auditing of specific Retail data * Accountable to provide superior service to different bank departments in order to build rapport and trust and accomplish Bank goals. * Accountable to remain knowledgeable about the communities served. * Coordinate weekly inventory amounts and place weekly inventory orders for the continued support of Project Prosper. * Handle requests from the Retail field * Coordinate travel as needed * Complete T&E requests * Manage specific internal intranet pages for the Retail department * Provides bank-wide functional direction regarding compliance with FDIC, federal and state laws and regulations. * Accountable to provide assistance and direction in duties, tasks, projects, etc. assigned which may arise on an ad hoc basis. * Accountable to develop a rapport and work in conjunction with the Head of Retail who will serve as your coach, mentor, and advisor. * Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience * * Minimum of 5 years of Retail Banking experience required. * Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role with multiple direct reports.
