Regional Operations Manager (Chesapeake Region)

Directs and oversees all Region operations. Drives operational execution and achievement of business metrics, predictable and accurate forecasting, cash collection management, and Field Engineer (FE) productivity. Pivots between headquarters, competitors, suppliers, and FE's, to ensure efficient and successful operations.
This role is located in Chesapeake.
1.Provide strategic leadership on deployment and support strategies. 2. Manage and direct peers, providing them with training requirements, development opportunities, and daily support. 3. Interact with customers to address needs and strategic operations. 4. Develop metrics on field service profitability and resource models to maximize productivity. 5. Lead and develop infrastructure/backroom in support of technical requirements. 6. Own VCP processes and targets for the business, or assists VCP Leader in driving efforts. 7. Maintain financial actions (e.g., Cash, Past Dues) and consistently follow up. 8. Maintain service inventory records (e.g., Field, Depot repair, Warehouse).
1.Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study and a minimum five years' experience in an operations leadership role. 2. Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals. 3. Strong business acumen, including a strong financial background and analytical mindset. 4. Profit and Loss (P&L) exposure.
5.Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with FE's and customers at all levels.
6.Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel.
7.Experience/exposure to large data sets and ability to make decisions after completing data analysis
8.Proven experience with process improvements and implementation of solutions to address business challenges
