Regional Operations Director

Job Duties:

• Leads the branch managers in ensuring that the customer requirements are met within established

• operating procedures and time frames.

• Leads and supports the branches in operational compliance within all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

• Diagnoses branch problems to recommend or implement appropriate solutions.

• Oversees the branches' operations to achieve cost, delivery, and quality objectives.

• Ensures that the branch managers track financial activities for the facility (invoicing, local purchases, inventory levels, service utilization and invoices to be billed.

• Works with the Executive team to set and maintain the region's annual budget.

• Ensures branch compliance in managing expenses in accordance with the annual budget.

• Approves and oversees infrastructure projects for the region.

• Assists the branch managers in administering facility contracts, maintenance, and improvements.

• Directs and participates in the region's sales activities to maintain customer base, develop new customers, and monitor customer satisfaction.

• Assists the region in investigations, helping to resolve Field Performance Reports.

• Guides the branch managers in developing and executing opportunities to increase product, rental, and ancillary revenue.

• Assists the branch managers in monitoring and communicating new products and specifications.

• Oversees deployment and evaluation of new technology in field trials.

• Maintains knowledge of customer base, rig count, competition (strengths and weaknesses) and industry trends.

• Monitors the region's Fleet Management Program.

• Assists the branch managers in Human Resources responsibilities.

• Actively works with HR and management to recruit qualified candidates for critical positions within their region.

• Comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental requirements, policies, and procedures relevant to the region.

• Ensures the branch managers manage local safety programs within established guidelines.

• Complete and submit monthly safety reporting and conduct safety meetings.

• Ensures branch processes are implemented and in compliance with Cactus Branch Operations Manual and guidelines.

• Assists branch management in developing and implementing corrective actions and training of audit results.

• Verifies and evaluates effectiveness of corrective actions implemented at branch level.

• Oversee branch capital expenditures.

• Identifies and address staff performance issues and collaborate with department teams on market growth opportunities.

• Manages teams and projects across multiple locations in multiple time zones

JOB DUTIES

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Sciences, or related field

MINIMUM EXPEREINCE:

10 years of Management experience specific to Oil and Gas field service operations regarding Wellhead and Frac segment. Experience with field compliant investigations, corrective action, infrastructure, and asset management; Repair and Remanufacture of Wellhead and Fracking Equipment. Experience with Inventory Control compliance. Experience implementing and managing high-quality processes. Experience with American Petroleum Institute (API)6A and Q1, Q2, and 16A.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 40% travel to Hobbs, New Mexico and Houston, Texas
