Regional Operations Administrator

OnTrac is hiring a Regional Operations Administrator

As a Regional Operations Administrator supporting the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of onboarding procedures and compliance measures for all Retail Service Providers (RSPs) and vendors. In addition to providing essential administrative support, you will act as a central point of contact for inquiries and requests related to onboarding processes, utilizing your strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and records. Your role will encompass various tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence, all while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.

Location:Supporting Region 4; should be located in Atlanta, Beltsville, Charlotte, Dulles, Norfolk, Raleigh, Richmond and Roanoke. Light travel associated with the position

Pay: Depending on location, approximately $16-$18 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours may fluctuate depending on the needs of the business.

The Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of management or administrative/clerical experience; or related schooling or training

Your Mission in Motion:

• Provide administrative assistance for qualification process of service providers/regional service providers, including insurance requirements and badging.

• Oversee all aspects of scanner inventory and maintenance.

• Primary contact for service providers/regional service providers.

• Assist Managers in facility compliance audits.

• Receive invoices from vendors and oversee the review process and submittal of the accounts payable checks.

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.

Paving your way to your success:

• Provide advisement to employees, management, and branch personnel, regarding processing and implementation.

• Proficiency in Windows applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred

Proficiency in communicating and engaging with a diverse range of customers, vendors, and corporate personnel, fostering effective interactions and relationships across various levels of the organization.

• Demonstrate proficiency in comprehending and effectively implementing instructions provided either in written or verbal formats, using sound judgment and practical reasoning.
