UCT is seeking an experienced Regional OEM Supplier Account Manager to join our team in Scarborough, Maine! This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with the suppliers of semiconductor wafer fab equipment (WFE) manufacturers to maintain and expand SSB's revenue stream of parts cleaning services. This position requires a versatile and driven individual with excellent verbal/written communication skills and tenacious execution of tactical plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In support of and cooperation with the Global Account Manager for this OEM, help translate strategic plans into practical actions that result in maintaining current market share positions working with these OEM Suppliers' large networks.

  • Overseeing a large portfolio of customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of services.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customers.

  • Communicate weekly and monthly via written and verbal reports on progress and issues at key customers with recommendations as to the next steps needed to Global Account Director and meet deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain a Regional Account Plan, providing monthly updates.

  • Engage, plan, and develop new onboarded customers belonging to this OEM Supplier network.

  • Enhance current customers and business opportunities by working with regional resources.

  • Offer monthly forecast reports determining revenue vs. goal forecasts and inform management on new regional new developments.

  • Analyze his/her region's and manage controllable KPI's, adjust actions based on conclusions.

  • Inform customers issues to Customer services, Quality, Engineering, or Operation for suitable action.

  • Resolve customers issues and ensure highest level of quality service by coordinating with Customer services, Quality, Engineering or Operation and management.

  • Act as an escalation point for helping to close larger or more complex issues as needed.

  • Furthermore, as a regional manager, it is essential to lead and encourage the workforce in the joint effort to reach sales goals and customer satisfaction.

  • Travel to visit OEM suppliers - 40% travel.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent relationship management: Easily establish trust relationships across personality types and cultural backgrounds.

  • Strong Time management skills.

  • Execution excellence & accountability

  • Experience in a matrix organization.

  • Skills, experience and training in technical sales and customer support, and additional background in technical service, product management and application development.

  • Very strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Business/Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Leadership.

Experience Requirement:

  • Prior experience in technical sales and/or account management

  • Ability & willingness to work at all levels of the organization to get the job done.

  • Know-how on industry and markets, knowledge about products, applications and competition.

  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturers (IDM's) and/or Wafer Fab Equipment companies.

  • Analytical, with good judgment, business sense, and problem-solving skills.

  • A team player, yet able to work independently.
