As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will work with one of Winston's premier clients to support their on-floor presence through high level retail merchandising execution. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, retail merchandising, training and education, space negotiation, key retailer relationship building and stock & fill. Merchandise Coordinators will be required to provide photos and reports of each visit which is put into an app through Winston's proprietary web-based store visit reporting site, Wintell. In this position, you will either work independently, or part of a team, as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising of product categories utilizing client provided directives such as planograms, visual directives, monthly/weekly updates, etc.

  • Developing in-store relationships to maximize opportunities at retail (real estate, fixture placement, and shop maintenance between visits)

  • Training store personnel on product knowledge and/or merchandising standards

  • Communicating visit accomplishments and challenges at the door level effectively and timely to Winston Retail (and the Client) through our proprietary app, Wintell

  • Providing required before and after photos to showcase accomplishments and transformation of the retail floor space through digital photography

  • Follow company processes and procedures to meet deadlines set forth by Winston
