Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Office Managers, and pursuit leads to strategize and execute regional marketing and business development efforts.
  • Spearhead the proposal process, from development to management, ensuring optimal scheduling, resource allocation, and pursuit strategy.
  • Take the lead in hiring and nurturing top-tier marketing talent within the region.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and tools, sharing insights with the team to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Provide meticulous review and quality control of all marketing materials and submissions.
  • Coordinate high-level pursuits and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate the writing and editing of both technical and non-technical proposal sections.
  • Drive interview preparation, guiding presenters and coordinating with external partners to ensure a polished performance.
  • Conduct client account analysis and contribute to win planning sessions.
  • Actively participate in business development meetings, offering valuable insights and contributing to revenue forecasting and proposal strategy.
  • Oversee CRM database management within the region, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Support external marketing activities such as conferences, open house events, and trade shows.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
  • In-depth understanding of industry, sales, and marketing processes.
  • A natural leader with a collaborative mindset and a passion for coaching and mentoring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in similar or related roles.
