Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Regional Marketing Manager to join the Club Pilates brand. Founded in 2007, Club Pilates is the nation's largest and fastest-growing Pilates franchise with locations in 33 states and 2 countries. Class formats target a wide range of clients needs from young to more senior and beginner to advanced. Club Pilates is the first company to create a 500-hour Teacher Training Program designed to thoroughly and safely teach group Pilates apparatus classes along with TRX, Triggerpoint, and Barre. Club Pilates has already sold more than 750 territories throughout the United States and Canada. Its over 2,200 instructors provide a current annual rate of over 17 million workouts to tens of thousands of members. Objective: The Regional Marketing Manager will be supporting studios in one of our defined regions, partnering closely with a Regional Sales Manager to help drive leads and new member acquisition, member retention as well as to support localized brand awareness efforts to help all of our studios be successful. The RMM will be responsible for ensuring there is support for all studio locations within their region, and that their studios are consistently meeting marketing and lead generating goals.

Description:

  • Guide and Support Franchise Partners in their overall business with clearly defined marketing objectives.

  • Develop marketing strategies, partnerships and plans to build brand awareness and drive new leads to Club Pilates studios including social media, regional and local studio marketing, partnerships, retail and promotions

  • Be a go-to expert and authority in support of all studio level marketing initiatives, including local paid campaigns and working with local paid digital vendors in support of studio level marketing.

  • Support Director of Marketing in managing national marketing calendar, campaigns and promotions for Club Pilates studios.

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to develop marketing promotions including member challenges, retention programs, new membership sales, retail promotions and new class launches.

  • Assist in the creative development and copywriting of marketing communications: creative brief, email communications, social media content, point of sale materials, promotional and rollout materials.

  • Develop studio-level social media and grassroots strategies, calendar and best practices with franchise partners

  • Host one-on-one calls and webinars with Franchise Partners & Studio Staff

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism/public relations, or related field preferred.

  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience in fitness, wellness or franchise-owned brand preferred

  • Multi-Unit Marketing experience preferred

  • Experience with ClubReady, MindBody or other gym POS & CRMs

  • Fitness franchise experience highly preferred

  • Experience with grassroots marketing

  • Experience developing marketing communications including social content and promotions.

  • Experience working with creative teams and external agency partners.

  • Experienced project manager with ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Comfortable presenting to franchise partners and general managers.

  • Understanding of and passion for fitness.

  • Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.

  • Highly experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
