Regional Marketing Manager - APJ

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing demand and lead generation marketing strategies within the APJ region. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving sales organization effectiveness and ensuring two-way communication between marketing and field teams. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive demand and leads through marketing communication activities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of our distributor network through strategic marketing initiatives, effective communication, and comprehensive support programs. This role will report to the Sr Director, Commercial Marketing and will be a Remote role based in APJ.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with existing distributors across the APJ region

• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to ensure alignment with Element Biosciences brand, values, and goals

• Collaborate closely with distributors to develop and execute marketing plans, promotional campaigns, events, and sales strategies

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to maximize market penetration and drive revenue growth

• Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making

• Work closely with the global marketing team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, technical documents, and sales presentations tailored to the APJ region

• Ensure all marketing materials are localized, culturally relevant, and compliant with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with the product management to develop and deliver training programs for distributors, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively promote Element Biosciences products

• Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and other events to engage distributors and prospects

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and distributor activities

• Regularly analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing preferably within the life sciences industry, with a focus on the APJ region

• Proven track record of success in managing distributor relationships and driving sales growth

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research methodologies, and digital marketing strategies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages such as Japanese, or Korean is a plus

• Willingness to travel within the APJ region as needed
