The Regional Marketing Manager

  • Americas for the Precision Sensors and Instrumentation (PSI) business is responsible for the regional marketing strategy and activities that address market needs in a profitable way across the Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes brands for the Americas region. A successful candidate will be determined by this individual's ability to develop a winning regional marketing strategy to grow lead and opportunity pipelines.

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing available market intelligence on customer requirements, unmet needs, and market trends, develop and own the Americas regional marketing strategy for the three PSI businesses (Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes).

  • Developing deep domain understanding of the differing needs and wants of each sub-region, country, market, vertical and groups of customers and tailor the Americas regional marketing strategy accordingly.

  • Aligning with the common process for Regional Marketing activities across the three PSI businesses developed by the Regional Marketing Leader that details how regional marketing campaigns are conceptualized and executed.

  • Partnering with the Commercial teams, the Product and Digital Marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns applicable for the needs of specific sub-regions, countries, vertical markets, customers, and channel partners encompassing areas of Marketing such as content localization, local content deployment channels, channel partner marketing, SEO/SEM, and tradeshows/events.

  • Partnering with the PSI Product and Digital Marketing teams to ensure that regional marketing campaigns are effectively deployed to a wide target audience as is appropriate considering budget and bandwidth of team members.

  • Owning and managing PSI channel partner marketing strategy and execution for the Americas region. Ensuring content is available in appropriate languages for target sub-regions, countries, and markets.

  • Partnering with the Regional Marketing Leader

  • PSI to develop an all-encompassing regional marketing strategy for the Precision Sensors and Instrumentation business.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or another relevant subject from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.

  • Demonstrable, extensive experience in Regional Marketing.

  • Demonstrable experience of formulating a goal-orientated action plan and subsequent successful achievement of that plan.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and at least one other relevant local language

  • Technically competent with expertise in content localization and deployment, channel partner marketing, localized SEO/SEM, events management, and a wide range of other marketing skills.

  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a wide range of regionally and globally located stakeholders.

  • An influential, energetic, and enthusiastic mindset, with the drive, ambition, and resilience to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance.

Desired Characteristics

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or marketing or equivalent knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge of markets and customers relating to core and new industries for PSI - including but not limited to

  • Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Environmental (Hydrology, Meteorology, Oceanography) Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Agriculture, Energy Transition (including Hydrogen and Emissions Abatement) and other industrial markets desired.
  • Practical experience of customer and vendor interfaces and negotiations

  • Ability to find successful solutions in an environment where ambiguity is present

  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively

  • Business level fluency in additional languages relevant to the region

The annual pay scale for this position is between $70,900.00 - $168,400.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes' good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the pay range for this position during the hiring process.

This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which can be found here, and is further eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans or policies.
