D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator. The right candidate will Oversee and assist in implementing regional marketing activities including communications, collateral materials, advertising, website changes, and promotions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Review all incoming marketing requests. Work with divisions to collect any missing or additional information, documentation or approvals that may be required
Manage division requested website changes and additions
Complete website changes and updates through our content management platform, Sitecore CMS
Assist in creation of marketing collateral
Support email marketing efforts through creation, execution, and analysis of content
Assist in training branches on marketing best practices or new tools/platforms
Interpret and analyze data and provide ongoing reports
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Work closely with divisions and management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to work overtime
Ability to travel overnight
Participate in implementation of social media strategy
Aid in reviewing and proofreading all collateral
Acquire data from various data sources and maintain databases/data systems

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or (B.S) from four-year college or university
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications.
Proficiency with MS Office and email.
Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision.
