The Regional Marketing Coordinator for the Americas will support the Marketing department in coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns and projects to support key regional initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have great project management, communication, and copywriting/editing skills to perform tasks including, but not limited to: creating and deploying surveys, updating customer information in CRM, submitting data entry project requests, copywriting for and editing promotional marketing pieces, and following up with customer inquiries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with the regional marketing group to coordinate projects/program/campaign deployment.
Support initiatives outlined in regional marketing calendars, including but not limited to implementation of direct marketing programs, new product launches, and promotional campaigns in print and electronic/web media.
Thoroughly critique layout/design, messaging, accuracy, corporate style adherence, and legal clearance of localized marketing pieces.
Work closely with translation companies where translations apply.
Execute, monitor, and report on product quality and customer satisfaction surveys.
Coordinate all mailing fulfillment projects - including and not limited to providing and following-up on mailing instructions to mailing house or internal resources, literature delivery schedule, and updating of RFFQ portal of SharePoint job ticketing system.
Track all marketing project spend on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis and monitor the return on investment (ROI) on every project completed.
Manage logistics for all international distributor literature, including following up International Customer Service and Shipping departments to make sure all shipments have been processed.
Manage, audit, and report on literature/freebie inventory at Phenomenex and mailing houses.
Enter and follow-up on AX requisitions for the team.
Perform various other marketing duties as assigned, including but not limited to the development of customer surveys, collateral production and tracking, mailings, editing and proofreading, auditing orders to ensure promo coding accuracy, and general project management.
BA/BS degree preferred.
Strong project management skills required: should possess the ability to multitask and meet project deadlines. Ability to organize workload for effective and timely implementation.
Team-oriented with a collaborative work approach: ability to communicate effectively with service providers, departments, individuals and teams.
PC proficiency in Windows environment to include MS Office suite.
Experience with and basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
Attention to detail: ensures all work is accurate and free of errors
Experience in department budgeting, able to analyze budget variance
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
Must be fluent in English.
Spanish, French, or other language capabilities a plus.
