As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for oversight of the successful operation of locations in your assigned portfolio, business development, budget attainment, client satisfaction and talent development.

Budget Attainment

  • Oversee the development and attainment of regional operating plans and budgets and reforecasts

  • Participate in the development of regional financial and operational goals and achieve determined goals

  • Monitor regional financial and operational results to ensure profitability of existing locations within assigned region

Client Satisfaction

  • Build strong personal relations with clients

  • Ensure the continuation of an ongoing mutually beneficial relationship with clients through regular contact and communication

  • Develop, execute and monitor client and customer satisfaction surveys and take remedial action where appropriate

  • Communicate major unplanned discrepancies in the location budget to client

  • Provide recommendations to clients regarding various pricing/volume strategies to maximize revenue

  • Ensure self-audits are being conducted at facilties and the appropriate actions are being taken to address deficiencies

  • Identify at risk locations and execute plan to ensure retention

  • Ensure locations within assigned Region(s) are in compliance with contract

Business Development

  • Facilitate the development of new business and maintain, extend, and expand the profitability of existing business and its operation within an assigned regional area, which will include: Account Planning; Lead Generation; Opportunity Qualification; Problem Definition; Proposals/RFPs; Operational Planning; Closing and Onboarding.

  • Negotiate or gain agreement on the contract terms with a new client

  • Sell additional products and services to existing accounts, or increase the usage of existing products and services

  • A 65/35 operating/marketing split is assumed

Talent Development

  • Ensure the development of each subordinate's effectiveness by ensuring that a development plan is created and executed per plan, providing mentoring when needed and taking remedial action where a subordinate's performance is unacceptable

  • Create and develop a "level playing field" for advancement and development of talent


This location requires employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, subject to any valid medical or religious accommodation.

  • 5 plus years of managing multiple locations, stores, properties (prior parking industry experience a plus)

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting/exceeding budget expectations, development of new business and developing strong client relationships

  • Bachelor's Degreep preferred

  • Other key competencies include: financial analysis skills, familiarity with contract structures and required terms; presentation skills; negotiation skills; and strong verbal/written communication skills

  • Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Prior experience with budgeting software, Salesforce, P&L Review systems preferred

  • License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record

The RSM will be responsible for meeting the sales goals and objectives assigned to the Region and for the development of Region personnel. The RSM will develop, implement and monitor strategic plans for the Region in order to deliver results. The successful candidate will also motivate and manage a team of sales representatives through strong leadership skills, professional development and coaching.</p><p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li><p>Meet sales goals and objectives as assigned for the District</p></li><li><p>Deliver consistent, compliant sales results in assigned District by motivating, inspiring, leading and directing the activities of an assigned sales team of Business Development Managers</p></li><li><p>Coach and develop individual team members through field rides and conference calls, so that each team member can effectively inform and influence healthcare professionals, office staff members and other stakeholders to support the use of the company's products</p></li><li><p>Train staff to ensure that the sales force educates and promotes to accounts effectively and to maximize business outcomes</p></li><li><p>Evaluate the activities and effectiveness of sales representatives on a consistent basis</p></li><li><p>Develop, implement and maintain Region business plan to meet Region and Company goals</p></li><li><p>Review and monitor analytics information to ensure full utilization of data for maximum impact on providers and overall achievement of Region and Company goals</p></li><li><p>Ensure the execution of the Company's strategic objectives for the assigned market segment, which may include group medical practices, individual offices and practices, clinics and other healthcare institutions</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all team members adhere to Company policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Recruit and select qualified candidates to fill open sales positions in the Region</p></li><li><p>Coordinate administrative demands and field day objectives</p></li><li><p>Overnight travel will be required in this role (estimated at 40%)</p></li></ul><p>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree required</p></li><li><p>5+ years of professional sales, business development, and/or account management experience required; previous aesthetic and/or healthcare sales experience strongly preferred</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager with responsibility for managing sales results within a specific region and supervising a team of sales representatives</p></li><li><p>Working relationships with Med Spas, Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Dermatologists, and Facial Plastic Surgeons strongly preferred</p></li><li><p>Marketing, Sales Operations, Training and Development experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Ability to produce documented sales results and examples of company awards preferred</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated strategic planning and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>A valid driver's license in one of the 50 United States and an ability to travel, including overnights and/or weekends, to support business needs is required</p></li><li><p>Ability to recruit, retain and develop highest quality staff</p></li><li><p>Strong client management and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Must currently reside within the stated geography or be willing to relocate to it</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel overnight is required</p></li></ul><p>ABOUT US</p><p>RVL Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ:RVLP) is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the commercialization and development of products that target markets with underserved patient populations in the ocular and medical aesthetics therapeutic areas.
