Job Overview

The Regional Manager is responsible for the region's success. Branch managers and outside sales representatives within the designated territory directly report to the Regional Manager. The Regional Manager is responsible for coaching sales representatives and going on sales calls with them on a weekly basis, growing new and existing business partnerships. The Regional Manager must ensure operational procedures and sales and marketing campaigns are followed throughout the territory and that sales are constantly growing.


  • Manage multiple branches throughout your region and all outside sales representatives within that region

  • Ensure all branches in your region meet budget, sales and profit plans every month

  • Ensure branch operational procedures are strictly followed making sure each branch is run smoothly, has accurate inventory, and correct billing and invoicing procedures for samples and product purchases

  • Conduct monthly audits on each branch to ensure accurate inventory, invoicing and billing

  • Ensure every branch complies with corporate-directed marketing and sales campaigns

  • Ensure all quarterly product launch marketing collateral is immediately delivered and set-up in accounts and drive sales in these new product collections

  • Actively push sales in discontinued products by ensuring new pricing is posted and announced in every store location, customers are notified, all staff are trained, and product is well-displayed to promote sales

  • Hold outside sales representatives accountable for meeting sales and profit plans every month by checking in on projects, growth of existing accounts, and new leads

  • Schedule sales calls with every sales representative in your territory at least twice per month and follow-up to ensure their accounts are maximized and continue to grow

  • Help resolve client issues immediately with best possible solutions, following corporate procedure

  • Assist branch managers with staff issues as needed

  • Promote Bedrosians products and services everywhere you go

  • Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge by reviewing product literature, manuals, and manufacturer bulletins, as well as attending vendor/ manufacturer seminars whenever available

  • Visit assigned branches weekly or bi-monthly depending on territory size, reviewing all reports, P&L, inventory, store layout, marketing and sales campaigns, upcoming events, account activity, and strategies for growth

  • Complete visitation reports on a monthly basis for all branches and follow-up on pending action items

  • Establish quarterly goals with branch managers and outside sales representatives and review regularly ensure goals are met

  • Review and approve expense reports for all branch managers and outside sales representatives

  • Travel and participate in industry tradeshows and/or company meetings and events when necessary

  • Implement all company directives and procedures

  • Enforce all company policies and follow proper HR disciplinary actions if needed

  • Recruit and develop a staff that works with a team mentality

  • Work within the framework of the company's defined rules, procedures, goals and directives.

  • Any other duties required of the position

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years of prior management experience

  • 5 or more years of prior branch/store management experience; and

  • 3 or more years of prior experience managing outside sales representatives

  • Excellent computer skills in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Drivers License (must provide current MVR)

  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team

  • Possess a flexible work schedule

  • Ability to travel to branches within territory on weekly basis
