Come join our Southern California Operations' Team as a Regional Manager. In this role the incumbent will manage the operations of approximately 7 outpatient imaging centers within the San Gabriel Valley region, and will report to the Director of Operations for Southern California LA/Ventura County. The Regional Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the operations and budgets of multiple centers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Assisting the Regional Director of Operations in managing the coordination of services of radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures; overseeing Site Managers in the operation of imaging equipment, such as x-ray machines, fluoroscopes, computerized tomography (CT) scanners, or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment.

  • Developing, implementing, and administering procedures and best practices to streamline processes for the centers' operations.

  • Serving as a clinical resource for radiology staff.

  • Participating in recruiting and retention of radiology staff.

  • Providing ongoing training to staff to ensure that productivity and knowledge of the overall process are maintained and improved.

  • Assisting in marketing activities as requested by management.

  • Ensuring reports are monitored.

  • Providing training and guidance to assure that equipment is properly and safely operated.

  • Assisting Zone Radiology Managers in assuring facility compliance and documentation on a monthly basis. This includes, but is not limited to, participating in all state inspections and audits as required.

  • Participating in and/or lead various projects as identified by upper management to support operations and quality patient care.

  • Assisting the Radiology Manager with set-up of new locations, new policies and procedures within the region.

  • Review facility incident reports.

  • Travel as needed, participate in and/or lead meetings, and perform other duties as assigned by upper management.

We're looking for dynamic leaders with 5 years of recent experience in the management of radiology (or medical) operations of multiple centers, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for patient care. An attention to detail, a solid understanding of budgets, knowledge of California State labor laws, the ability to present information in a professional and engaging manner (public speaking), the ability to travel as needed, and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks while responding to needs and questions in a timely manner.

A college degree is preferred for Internal Applicants but is required for External Applicants.
