The Regional Manager will lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in their region. As such, the Regional Manager must understand the larger picture and have a vision of the future for their offices that translates to an overall growth strategy.

They are to provide leadership and guidance to their group of offices, and will play a vital role in identifying and opening new, modern PDS-supported offices. Responsibilities Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in their region Implement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability in order to achieve same office sales growth Develop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills Identify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunity Qualifications Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industry Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Tuition Reimbursement 401K Paid time to volunteer in your local community Pacific Dental Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This individual is focused on the financial performance of each community, ensuring proper staffing levels, and provide an optimal return to investors. Additionally, this position has specific training and experience to oversee multiple Community Managers and provide guidance regarding operations and financial matters.</p><p>Essential Functions and Position Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Hire, train, develop, coach, and supervise a portfolio of Community Managers,</li><li>Evaluate the staff of each community regarding compliance with leasing and operational guidelines,</li><li>Meet budgeted income, expense, and leasing goals for their respective Community portfolio,</li><li>Be a champion for the operational strategy,</li><li>Work with owner/investment partners to maintain and improve the value of the asset portfolio,</li><li>Conduct quarterly meetings with Community Managers to keep them apprised of current issues,</li><li>Oversee the annual budget process for each community,</li><li>Review the financial reports for each Community with the respective Community Manager monthly,</li><li>Evaluate market conditions with each Community Manager to determine unit prices in accordance with the market and budgeted goals.
