Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.

Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.

Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.

Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications.

Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues.

Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.

Position Summary Reporting directly to the Program Manager or Regional Manager, this position may have management level employees on the project as direct reports. This includes Design and Procurement Management but would focus on the oversight of the General Contractor and the immediate construction of the project, as well as Project Controls during the construction process. This position is client facing and would be the direct contact as the highest-ranking onsite Owners Representative with an emphasis on ensuring Schedule, Cost, Scope and Safety. * Provide leadership and manage new construction and renovation work at the client's location * Works as a member of a project management team working for a higher education client on campuses located in the greater Houston area * Provide project management and coordination of higher education building projects through all phases from project inception, programming, design, construction and close-out * Duties will include technical contractual activities and the development of client interfaces to promote continuing relations * Establish collaborative relationships coupled with the leadership skill * Establish working with all stakeholders in the design and construction process * Lead the Project Management efforts on multiple projects with our client * Provide the project with the wisdom of your significant successes in the industry and lead our effort to delight our client * Possesses passion for excellence and can demonstrate a professional track record of establishing long lasting relationships with clients * Bachelors or Masters of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture required * 8-10 years min of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization required and/or 10 years' experience in a project related technical field * Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required * Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification preferred Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting requirements limited to 20 lbs. in the form of supplies, drawings, etc. Longest distance carried of 50 feet. Hand manipulation is required for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Occasional need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same. No foot controls necessary. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be occasional travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and potential work at heights.
