Regional Manager For Multiple Restaurant Locations

Seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Pittsburgh, New Hampshire, Michigan, and other areas. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of all assigned locations. You will be managing a team of Store Managers and ensuring the implementation of company policies and procedures. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of multiple store locations
• Provide guidance and support to Store Managers
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor and analyze financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Evaluate and improve operational processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and customers
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff
• Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of retail operations and trends
• Willingness to travel to different locations
