Regional Manager, Business Insights

Position Overview

The Regional Manager, Business Insights and Analytics will be responsible for leading Operations Strategy team efforts to establish and maintain world-class quality standards across all aspects of our operations. The role will oversee a team of Business Insights professionals for the company's warehouse operations. The team will support efforts to maintain cost controls, monitor and maintain labor resources, develop, utilize, and enhance the appropriate KPIs and reporting tools, comply with internal and external SOPs, and assist with budget management and forecasting needs.

• Team Leadership and Management- Build and maintain a high-performing regional team by aligning goals to Director's national goals, providing mentorship, and driving skill development. Plan and manage resource distribution to balance workload and ensure support for strategic initiatives.

• Strategic Alignment and Execution- Ensure analytics and reporting efforts are aligned with organizational and regional strategic goals.

• Analytics Oversight and Quality Assurance- Oversee the creation of accurate, standardized, and actionable reports and dashboards. Lead the team through transitions to new tools, processes, and strategies, ensuring adoption and minimal disruption.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration- Facilitate partnerships across departments to drive impactful, cross-departmental initiatives. Provide actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and growth areas.

• Performance Measurement, Reporting, and Optimization- Monitor regional performance and deliver timely insights to inform decision-making. Streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and consistency while leveraging industry trends and innovations.

Skills

• Specialized Knowledge : Bachelor's degree in either Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data and Analytics, Operations Management, or equivalent experience within Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management; Proficiency in KPI tracking and reporting tools, with a strong ability to oversee and enhance these systems for efficiency and effectiveness, including implementing automated solutions; Advanced knowledge of P-L management, cost control, and budget and forecast processes.

• Special Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in data analysis, identifying gaps, and developing and implementing process improvement; Experience in a leadership role within a corporate or field environment, preferably in a distribution center; Project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely completion.

• Other: : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively; Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Travel : Travel Required 35% - 50% of time; Travel to Distribution Centers to engage with leadership and field associates.
