We don't settle until we give our best and know that we're making a difference.  As part of Jacob's Operations Management & Facilities Services (OMFS) Group the Regional Maintenance Specialist will assume a leading role supporting maintenance and asset management efforts at all treatment facilities within the North region including industrial projects. This position is considered a hybrid role working from home, and traveling to project sites within the North region.

You'll facilitate maintenance knowledge sharing between projects in the region and the company as a whole, related to technical support for mechanical, electrical, I&C and PdM support; Support optimization of treatment facilities maintenance within the region through benchmarking and key performance indicator analysis; Evaluate the projects' maintenance programs on an ongoing basis and provide input for possible improvements; Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, drawings, sketches, plans, specifications, and mechanical illustrations; Perform skilled mechanical repair work on industrial water/wastewater treatment plant and related equipment; and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical machinery or equipment. You'll also assist projects in set-up and training for predictive maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, etc.); Conduct condition assessments on project vertical assets and document assessments in the ACES software program; Prepare, consult on, or review maintenance cost estimates and level of effort; and perform ongoing project reviews to determine client satisfaction with past service and develop recommendations on the need for future service. US Military training is acceptable Proficient in the use of CMMS software (example, Maximo, Maintenance Connection, SAP) Highly proficient in the use of spreadsheet and/or database computer programs Experience and understanding of budget preparation and financial accountability Ability to travel approximately 75% Physical ability to walk project sites and work outdoors under varying weather conditions Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid US driver's license with no major infractions Ideally, You'll Also Have:
