• Experience with command line tools.

• Experience with break/fix scenarios.

• Experience with supporting a predominantly Windows PC environment.

• Experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment.

• Demonstrated ability to produce detailed solutions for a technical audience and produce clear written/verbal communications for a non-technical audience.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Travel up to 50%.
