The role will focus on developing relationships with Industry Practice leaders and Global and National Brokers, providing holistic solutions for them while supporting our underwriting team that works with them by simultaneously executing best practices for underwriting across all regions in NA. The role will also work with the Innovation team in identifying AI or Machine based solutions for targeting risks in specific industries while developing holistic marketing solutions to help the underwriting teams sell the Allianz value proposition.

In addition, the role will also develop training modules to provide continuous training for underwriters in North America, specifically to support the profitable growth strategy we have in place for emerging industries and current industries. ~crlf~The role is also expected to work with other AGCS and Allianz SE counterparts in developing solutions for risks within the target industries.
