Regional Human Resources Manager

Barnes is currently seeking a progressive and experienced Human Resources professional to serve as an onsite Regional HR Manager for its Molding Solutions (MS) businesses. This position is a key member of the MS Human Resources team and will play an integral role in leading and driving HR initiatives to support business goals to achieve enhanced growth and performance in the Lawrenceville, GA location.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide human resources leadership, consultation, and advice to the assigned locations regarding alignment of human resource initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Facilitate the achievement of respective performance objectives toward profitable and sustainable growth by focusing on Top Line, Bottom Line and Pipeline growth through core business execution.
Leads HR activities utilizing data and analytics to drive business decisions across each facility as it relates to recruiting, hiring, employee relations, salary planning, training/development, benefits administration, and all other related activities necessary to ensure an effective, productive, and motivated workforce.

Directs the workload and provides coaching to other HR personnel within Barnes Molding Solutions.
Aligned with the Barnes and Barnes HR Strategy, effectively leverages the complete Talent Management System (TMS) to support the growth and advancement of our people and the business.
Develops and implements effective, value-added human resource solutions that contribute to the company's commitment to achieving profitable, sustainable growth.
Provides local site leadership support for total rewards to include benefit administration, rewards, recognition, and compensation management.
Maintain current knowledge of employment law, best practices in employee relations and local regulations pertaining to employment.
Develop and/or implement fair, consistent policies in compliance with current employment law to include site compliance for AAP/EEO, HIPAA and supports HSE with safety compliance.
Review and approve payroll for salaried and hourly personnel to ensure payroll accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Two (2) or more years of prior experience leading a team of HR professionals.
Three (3) or more years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in written/verbal communication, organizational ability, and proven analytical and project management skills.

UKG/ Ultipro experience preferred.
Must be willing to travel up to 10% domestically.

This is an onsite role working out of the Lawrenceville location.

Education Requirements:

BS or BA in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or related experience required.
