We are excited to announce an immediate opening for a Regional HR Manager for Distribution Centers and Transportation Network at our locations preferably within driving distance of Stoughton, MA; Middletown, CT; Cranberry, NJ. We are seeking a skilled and strategic HR professional to join our dynamic team.

As a Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across your designated region, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment. Your role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and supporting our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

• Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

• Coordinate training programs and develop career paths for key roles.

• Implement and manage performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

• Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, specifically within distribution centers or transportation operations or equivalent.

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.

• SHRM certification or equivalent is preferred.
