As a Regional HR Generalist, you will have the unique opportunity to be exposed to different facets of the HR functions. Within this role you will have the chance to work in a generalist function across ADI's Business Units.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for partnering with HRBP's to drive cultural changes and people strategies that support the key business and HR initiatives.
Initiates employee actions in HRIS system (requisitions, organizational changes, analytics).
Serve as a generalist, using knowledge of various HR functions, including recruiting, compensation, training, and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to managers.
Conduct off boarding process with exiting employees, analyze data and make recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and report on roundtables and town halls.
Responsible for maintaining positive, professional relationships with employees at all levels.
Partner with HRBP's and HR Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to understand compensation, performance management, talent review, and talent development programs for the business unit
Coordinate and help with the roll out of various HR programs
Bachelor's Degree and/or 4-6 yearsof HR generalist related experienced.
Business Acumen understands the business model, operations, financial structure for the assigned organizations
