As a Regional HR Generalist, you will have the unique opportunity to be exposed to different facets of the HR functions. Within this role you will have the chance to work in a generalist function across ADI's Business Units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for partnering with HRBP's to drive cultural changes and people strategies that support the key business and HR initiatives.

  • Initiates employee actions in HRIS system (requisitions, organizational changes, analytics).

  • Serve as a generalist, using knowledge of various HR functions, including recruiting, compensation, training, and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to managers.

  • Conduct off boarding process with exiting employees, analyze data and make recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate and report on roundtables and town halls.

  • Responsible for maintaining positive, professional relationships with employees at all levels.

  • Partner with HRBP's and HR Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to understand compensation, performance management, talent review, and talent development programs for the business unit

  • Coordinate and help with the roll out of various HR programs


  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 4-6 yearsof HR generalist related experienced.

  • Business Acumen understands the business model, operations, financial structure for the assigned organizations

  • Has a bias for action and works in collaboration with others to deliver results

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Strong business ethics and personal commitment to professionalism

  • Problem solving/conflict resolution skills.

  • Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner within our Research Models and Services business located in Wilmington, MA. The HR Business Partner will manage the development and administration of local and corporate personnel activities, programs, policies and procedures, coordinate recruitment, retention, employee relations, workers' compensation, affirmative action and personnel record-keeping activities, as well as administer corporate benefits and compensation programs. The following are minimum requirements related to the HR Business Partner position. * Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in human resources management, business administration, or related discipline. * Minimum 5 years related experience; An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. * Experience resolving employee relations issues. * Experience using Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook as well as HRIS software and payroll systems (i.e. PeopleSoft, SAP, and ADP). * Demonstrated ability to earn trust as a consultative partner * Previous experience with local, state and federal employment regulations * Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidential and privacy safeguards * Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced environment * PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
