The Regional Healthcare Marketing and Sales Director will work closely with client communities in the implementation and management of community-based marketing and sales programs. This experienced professional will be responsible for planning, developing and assisting in the implementation of comprehensive marketing and sales programs at assigned sites with the primary goal of achieving budgeted census. The Regional Healthcare Marketing and Sales Director will lead by example, demonstrating best practices ensuring that community staff are enabled and accountable to execute marketing and sales plans and initiatives successfully. This position provides corporate assistance and direction to site personnel and works very closely with the LCS operations and health services teams.

The Role:

  • Sales, marketing, average daily census and net patient revenue for:

  • Post-acute care

  • Short-term rehab

  • Skilled nursing

  • Long-term care

  • Hospice

  • Palliative care

  • Home health

  • Demonstrate incisive ability to strategize and execute forward-thinking initiatives that create substantial market presence and profitable outcomes.

  • Aggressively drive customer recruiting / retention measures that ensure objectives are continuously achieved.

  • Keen focus on business and revenue growth targeting key referral sources through sales team leadership and support while steering program advancements and marketplace positioning.

  • Strategic plan development, implementation and oversight for:

  • Marketing

  • Sales

  • Advertising

  • PR

  • Community Outreach

  • Census projections and budget management / recommendations

  • Provide Healthcare Marketing and Sales training and educational opportunities as well as develop new content as needed.

  • Implementation of LCS' healthcare sales systems and oversight of appropriate ongoing utilization.

  • Board / owner engagement as appropriate (e.g. strategic planning, client relations, etc.)

  • Implementation of policies, procedures and regulatory compliance as appropriate

Experience:

  • Sales experience in senior housing and post-acute care, ideally with multi-community experience.

  • Experience in hiring, training, supervising and motivating admissions / sales and marketing staff.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.

  • Marketing and Sales experience with Assisted Living and Memory Care a plus.

Knowledge & Experience Strong communication and business relationship skills required.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Extensive knowledge of post-acute care marketing and sales techniques and demonstrated proficiency in census development skills.

  • Strong organizational skills required.

  • Ability to work independently through decentralized direct supervision, to be self-motivated.

  • Highly proficient with computer-based record keeping systems and Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Proficiency with Matrix a plus.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $145,000

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors
