The Regional General Manager (RGM) manages the business and is the face of CompuCom in the regional market, as well as, accountable for profitable growth and overall client satisfaction.

What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

The Regional General Manager is responsible for managing the CompuCom business in the Southeast (NC, SC, TN, AL, GA, FL, MS). The RGM is the face of CompuCom to the market and is responsible for driving growth, delivering budgeted business results, managing customer relationships, and maintaining employee engagement. Given our matrix structure, the RGM role is primarily focused on market and customer engagement and driving growth while relying on the delivery organization to ensure delivery. The RGM is accountable for the regional P&L including sales, revenue, and contract profitability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Represent CompuCom in the market articulating our vision, value proposition and offerings to customers, prospects, and local business communities

  • Team with marketing and capability centers to define and drive regional growth strategies and drive go-to-market campaigns to expand business with new logos and within existing accounts

  • Oversee regional sales organization with responsibility for sales, renewals, and minimizing churn in the region

  • Manage customer executives to ensure account plans development, cross-sell prospecting, and on-going executive governance to build and expand customer relationships

  • Oversee solution selling process including deal qualification, defining win strategies, solution / proposal development and relationship-based selling with personal engagement in the selling process for key deals

  • Ensure customer satisfaction teaming with delivery to drive issue resolution as required with accountability for contract profitability

  • Responsible for regional business operations including sales and revenue forecasting as well as delivery of business results to plan including revenue and contract profitability.

  • Attract and retain an agile and energized team of client executives, sellers, and delivery leaders with a focus on:

  • Fostering a growth mindset and commitment culture

  • Provide training, coaching, and counseling to associates for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA/BS in technical field, business, or relevant degree

  • Minimum 9-10 years relevant experience

  • Technology or consulting services experience required

  • Understanding of customer support, end-user technology, and cloud services highly desired

  • Experience building and managing customer relationships

  • Experience managing a $75+M P&L is highly desirable

  • Experience building and growing high-performance teams in a matrix organization

  • Hands-on sales, account & delivery skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong initiative, leadership skills and work ethic

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience with global delivery of servicesnetworks is a plus

  • Must be able to travel and live in a core city
