LocationWill base from home for approximately 6 months until office is established in the area Target metro areas: New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, St louis, Montreal, Hamilton, Yellowknife (Canada)

Company is looking for Regional Finance Managers in New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, St louis, Montreal, Hamilton, and Yellowknife (Canada) who can act as the contact person in the region.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Answer phones (Clients Call)
Filing data processing,
Faxing envelope stuffing and mailing
Message delivery and running errands,
Sorting incoming mail
Receive funds and disburse funds
Book keeping and record keeping

Required Qualifications:
Good Communication skills
Knowledge in Microsoft office application
Flexible, proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused
Must have demonstrated ability and/or experience in working in a multicultural environment
Must have at least 3 years working experience

VIEW JOBS 12/12/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-12T00:00 <b>Sales Manager - North America - Houston </b><br /> (This company designs and manufactures elastomeric and plastic parts used in downhole drilling)<br /> Directs all aspects of Sales, and Marketing, building a world-class team comprised of Outside Sales and Business Development, managers, employees and independent sales representatives.  The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving departmental performance and reliability around core competencies; establishing a continuous improvement culture; establishing leadership practices that actively involve team management and provide professional development and appropriate rewards; and utilizing information technology to rapidly and appropriately distribute information.  Facilitates communications, both internal and external, to ensure that customer needs are met.<br />  <br /> <strong>Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</strong><br /> Responsible for all activities related to devising annually the business development and sales plans in support of organization strategy and objectives.<br />  <br /> Address and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing reports with recommendations on improvement to management.<br />  <br /> Review current proposals and quotation process and if necessary, make changes for improvement<br />  <br /> Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as; daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analysis.<br />  <br /> Directs implementation and execution of business development and sales policies and practices.<br />  <br /> Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the management team.<br />  <br /> Recommends business development and sales strategies for improvement based upon proactive market research and competitor analysis.<br />  <br /> Manages multiple channel selling strategies.<br />  <br /> Builds, develops and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.<br />  <br /> Develops the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve system goals.<br />  <br /> Prepares presentations to explain the Company’s current and future strategies with regard to sales goals.<br />  <br /> Keeps abreast of new products, specifications, and industry trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses and communicates new information to CDI colleagues.  Attends industry sponsored trade shows and seminars. <br />  <br /> Coordinate introduction of new products and manage throughout lifecycle<br />  <br /> Must be able to develop relationships at corporate and field levels<br />  <br /> <strong>Education and/or Experience</strong><br /> Bachelor’s Degree, prefer post-graduate.<br /> Familiarity with pressure pumping equipment, processes and customers in major shale basins<br /> A minimum of 5-7 years in a senior level position.<br /> <br /> <strong>Work Environment and Demands</strong><br /> Spends most time in an office environment. Spends 70% of time in customer office locations.  Spends 30% of time coordinating sales activities in market areas.  Occasionally visits manufacturing facilities and may be exposed to possible hazards including high noise, heavy machinery and shop traffic.<br />  <br /> <strong>Required Travel</strong><br /> Extensive travel domestically Travel outside Houston, 40%.<br /> <br /> <strong>Alternate Based Locations - </strong>Could be based out of other major shale basin areas in the US. <br />  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />   The Executive Group Houston TX
