LocationWill base from home for approximately 6 months until office is established in the area Target metro areas: New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, St louis, Montreal, Hamilton, Yellowknife (Canada)

Company is looking for Regional Finance Managers in New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, St louis, Montreal, Hamilton, and Yellowknife (Canada) who can act as the contact person in the region.


Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Answer phones (Clients Call)
Filing data processing,
Faxing envelope stuffing and mailing
Message delivery and running errands,
Sorting incoming mail
Receive funds and disburse funds
Book keeping and record keeping

Required Qualifications:
Good Communication skills
Knowledge in Microsoft office application
Flexible, proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused
Must have demonstrated ability and/or experience in working in a multicultural environment
Must have at least 3 years working experience

VIEW JOBS 12/11/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-11T00:00 <p><strong>The Role:</strong><br></p> <p>The Soho Works Development Manager works with the Managing Director of Soho Works, Development and Finance teams to oversee the site buildout and handoff to Operations. The Development Manager owns the latter half of the deal, providing input during lease negotiations on delivery and works to be completed. This role reports into the Managing Director of Soho Works, working closely with N. America and Global leadership.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee site due diligence effort for all Soho Works developments within North American region</li> <li>Participate in project scoping, budgeting and lease negotiations as it relates to base building and tenant improvements lease negotiation</li> <li>Managing and collaborating with internal and external consultants and resources</li> <li>Manage all aspects of the due diligence process including but not limited to feasibility studies, consultancy evaluations, environmental assessments and surveys</li> <li>Main point of contact for the business in communications and partnership with Soho House Design LLC for any and all services as it relates to larger design services agreement</li> <li>Manage all dates and processes within a project to ensure the project progresses as anticipated including but not limited to critical dates within development agreements, leases, purchase agreements, permitting and construction</li> <li>Coordinate roll out and launch efforts with local support office, finance and operations looping in the regional and global stakeholders when appropriate</li> <li>Lead and manage network of engineers, architects and other consultants in guiding each project through its governmental approvals process to obtain all permits/approvals required for a project</li> <li>Manager relationship with landlords and or landlord representative to ensure all local codes and parameters are being met in relation to approved site plans</li> <li>Manage the bidding process with the Soho House Design LLC and approved general contractors</li> <li>Coordinate and support the construction hand-off to the Soho Works / House Construction Project Manager</li> <li>Communicate project status to project participants and stakeholders throughout the project to ensure critical components are not missed and risks are identified</li> <li>Develop a post-mortem brief with milestones to review the project, lessons learned and best practices. Both qualitative and quantitative information gathered from data and feedback from multiple stakeholders. </li> <li>Develop processes and status updates to share with MD of Soho Works, CFO of N.
