Responsible for delivering brands, products and programs to standards in assigned region, to help drive profitable growth. Supports new and retention efforts. Improves consumer satisfaction and client loyalty. Deploys innovation, brand building activation and programmatic execution. Drives insights platforms. Partners with operations to execute mobile/digital platforms. Assists with client communications and presentations.

  • Delivers and deploys brands, products and programs to drive growth.

  • Deliver brands, products & programs to standards in assigned region to drive profitable growth through Field Marketing team.


  • Implements brand packages and innovation opportunities into new and existing Aramark client locations across multiple business units to drive base business growth.

  • Deploys innovation, brand building activation, and programmatic execution against the 4Ps.

  • Partners with clients, District Managers & brand teams to 'tailor' marketing programs, as needed.

  • Applies modern food presentation approaches to a wide variety of locations with varying footprints.

  • Coaches and trains site level managers on retail and brand elements.

  • Influences without formal authority, and can present to a wide range of internal and external audiences.

  • Presents information with a natural passion, as a marketing retail food and beverage expert.

  • Tracks and presents the business growth generated through role.

  • Assists New Business Development and Retention processes.


  • 5-8 years' experience in consumer marketing with demonstrated success and effective performance.

  • Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.

  • A strategic and creative problem solver, able to distill large amounts of information into actionable strategies, solid program execution skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Retail and/or other food services marketing experience desirable.

  • External agency management experience desirable.

  • A "go to" person with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience creating and giving presentations to high level internal and client audiences.

  • A background of marketing which includes business analytics and financial acumen.

  • Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to travel up to 60%

In order to help continue these trends, we are in search of a seasoned, high-energy individual with effective strategic planning & communication skills to lead the Field Marketing team in the Southeast region. This person will play a critical role to help ensure all field marketing efforts are designed & implemented to maximize performance against key business objectives. They will accomplish this by working in conjunction with our franchisee partners and managing a team of Field Marketing Managers. Wingstop is a pioneer brand that is growing rapidly. Whether it’s pushing the envelope in the social media space, creating bold and unique wing sauce flavors, developing innovative ordering experiences via Amazon Alexa or executing compelling local sports sponsorships, Wingstop is constantly looking for new ways to serve the world flavor! We want your help in taking us to the next level. The Regional Marketing Director (Southeast) is a remote position that will report to the Regional Vice President of Operations (Southeast) to help accomplish shared regional business goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Work closely with the Regional VP of Operations and Wingstop franchisees to create programs that will drive positive SSS and support further restaurant growth * Develop regional marketing field plans consisting of the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to address business challenges and drive consistent results * Directly manage two field marketing managers that are involved in helping implement field marketing strategies and tactics * Gather, analyze and report business intelligence to help inform and shape future field marketing efforts * Manage marketing programs within budget targets and ensure maximum return on investments * Help provide direction to local advertising agencies and approve associated media and marketing plans * Prepare regular communications and presentations to key Wingstop stakeholders * Develop and maintain respectful, healthy relationships with franchisee partners * Proactively identify and introduce new ideas/solutions to the organization to better address needs * Work closely with the Regional Vice President to ensure marketing & operations alignment * Travel, as needed, to Southeastern region markets and the Restaurant Support Center (located in Dallas) to help further Wingstop’s field marketing priorities Essential Skills * Excellent ability to apply sound strategic thinking to address a variety of business challenges * Very strong oral and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and gain alignment * Proven ability to drive & execute cross-group collaborative efforts on multiple projects simultaneously * Capacity for researching, analyzing, understanding, and applying business data to inform marketing efforts * Excellent interpersonal and people management skills * Strong project management, organization and multi-tasking capabilities * Natural self-motivation & independence necessary to take ownership of assigned projects * Detail-orientation with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution * A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Education and Experience Requirements * BS/BA in Marketing or related field * Minimum 8 years marketing experience with 4 years in field marketing * Experience with media planning, digital and social media * Experience with management * Strong computer skills Wingstop Inc.
