Responsible for delivering brands, products and programs to standards in assigned region, to help drive profitable growth. Supports new and retention efforts. Improves consumer satisfaction and client loyalty. Deploys innovation, brand building activation and programmatic execution. Drives insights platforms. Partners with operations to execute mobile/digital platforms. Assists with client communications and presentations.


  • Delivers and deploys brands, products and programs to drive growth.

  • Deliver brands, products & programs to standards in assigned region to drive profitable growth through Field Marketing team.

  • Implements brand packages and innovation opportunities into new and existing Aramark client locations across multiple business units to drive base business growth.

  • Deploys innovation, brand building activation, and programmatic execution against the 4Ps.

  • Partners with clients, District Managers & brand teams to 'tailor' marketing programs, as needed.

  • Applies modern food presentation approaches to a wide variety of locations with varying footprints.

  • Coaches and trains site level managers on retail and brand elements.

  • Influences without formal authority, and can present to a wide range of internal and external audiences.

  • Presents information with a natural passion, as a marketing retail food and beverage expert.

  • Tracks and presents the business growth generated through role.

  • Assists New Business Development and Retention processes.


  • 5-8 years' experience in consumer marketing with demonstrated success and effective performance.

  • Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.

  • A strategic and creative problem solver, able to distill large amounts of information into actionable strategies, solid program execution skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Retail and/or other food services marketing experience desirable.

  • External agency management experience desirable.

  • A "go to" person with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience creating and giving presentations to high level internal and client audiences.

  • A background of marketing which includes business analytics and financial acumen.

  • Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to travel up to 60%

Chase Sapphire Portfolio Strategy and Optimization – Vice President This position leads portfolio strategy for the high profile, fast growing Sapphire product suite, including Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire Reserve and No Fee products. This position will also collaborate with Sapphire Banking to inform overall priorities and objectives for strategic investment and optimization. Sapphire has been named the best premium card in the card industry by multiple media, and affiliate outlets as well as its cardmembers. This fast paced, dynamic role will focus on ensuring we continue to strive to be the best travel card choice for consumers. Key Responsibilities: * Lead overall portfolio strategy for all Sapphire products to include deep understanding of the Sapphire P&L drivers, analytics, customer insights and brand. * Communicate the "portfolio story" consistently and effectively to stakeholders and leadership: articulate the strategic vision, learning agenda, and learnings; and link those to results and recommended tactics for the future. * Partner with Analytics and Finance teams to inform Lending, Ultimate Rewards, Customer Management (CMG) and Pricing COE's to execute engagement campaigns across channels including Digital, Retail and External Partners. * Create holistic learning agenda with Analytics, Finance and COE teams, structure tests and analyze results to maximize learnings and inform strategies. * Lead customer experience and capabilities agenda for Sapphire with Customer Experience COE, to achieve NPS and JP Power targets and act as key partner on priority initiatives. * Lead Sapphire's engagement in budgeting, forecasting, and investment processes with CMG, UR, Customer Experience (including Retention) and Lending COEs, and Analytics to ensure strategic alignment. * Partner with Finance and Analytics on reporting and analysis: product segment profiles, sales and rewards dynamics, results v budget to understand key drivers and opportunities to pivot strategic initiatives and roadmap. * Proactively engage all cross-functional stakeholders, identify potential impacts, obtain feedback and secure buy-in to support Sapphire strategies * Lead and run monthly GM Portfolio Review meetings: manage agenda, coordinate with UR, CMG and Lending COEs, Finance, Analytics on materials, host meetings and capture follow ups. * Manage the portfolio budget with focus on expense optimization and identification of operational efficiencies * 10+ years analytic or finance experience, credit card portfolio marketing experience highly desired * Solid understanding of credit card P&L drivers * Highly analytical thinker and problem solver * Excellent communication skills: can articulate clearly the "so what" from data and make recommendations * Outstanding relationship management and ability to work within a highly matrixed structure * Proactive, action-oriented and results-driven; can prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives at the same time * Effective in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment * MBA preferred, Bachelor's degree required Jpmorgan Chase & Co.
