The Regional Facility Services Manager will be based in Florida and is responsible for maintaining all restaurant locations in their assigned region. The position facilitates the planning, and execution of Cracker Barrel's facility maintenance expense, maintenance capital, and preventative maintenance programs to keep the stores to brand standard and meet the department's mission statement and strategies.


Capital Project Management

Identifies and manages the execution of capital maintenance work in the stores. Acts as subject matter expert on repair and maintenance issues escalated by store management; trouble shoots and analyzes issues, determines potential and actual financial and business impact, takes action to minimize impact; perform repair/ replace analytics and decision making for building, kitchen equipment, and building systems.

Store Visit Inspection and Consulting

Perform semi -annual store visits for the purpose of assessing the condition of stores, evaluating vender performance, ensures vender service and workmanship meets industry and company standards.

Capital Project Planning

Provide analytics on expense and capital spend to determine trends and outliers; compare trends against benchmarks and determine and implement corrective action. In conjunction with operations, develop yearly expense and capital budgets.

Vendor Relations and Evaluation

Perform vender management to ensure all stores have sufficient qualified venders to support the facility strategy, develop and execute training modules for operational team and vendors.


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management plus 4-6 years Construction or Facility Services Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong written and oral communication including negotiating skills.

  • Computer skills.

  • Organizational and prioritizing skills.

  • Strong analytical and decision making skills.

  • General knowledge of maintenance equipment and materials.

  • Thorough knowledge of construction terminology, materials, blueprints, and techniques.

  • Thorough knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.

We Are More Than A Sales Team The Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast Region (FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, MD, DC, NJ) will lead a team of high performing sales professionals. They will create and execute a regional action plan to achieve and exceed revenue quota for both new business origination and renewals, accurately forecast performance, develop and nurture customer relationships, and provide leadership for major strategic education market K-12 accounts. Primary Responsibilities * Create and lead regional strategy to gain access for new business, while sustaining and expanding existing partnerships * Set clear performance goals while coaching, developing and reviewing results. * Continually analyze account development and service priorities in order to maximize productivity and effectiveness. * Travel with sales representatives to meet with district and school leaders; develop and maintain a broad network of customer relationships. * Support sales representatives throughout the sales process – from new account development to preparing presentations & price quotes and responding to RFPs. * Personally drive new sales and expansions in priority district accounts * Manage regional events to ensure they are properly planned, staffed and executed to maximize return on investment. Qualifications * Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred. * 10+ years of success selling into K- 12 school districts, preferably representing a technology and curriculum (reading) based product. * Sales leadership and management experience in working with a highly collaborative team to inspire, model, mentor, provide feedback for, and coach highly-skilled sales professionals * Deep knowledge of their region and established network of senior level contacts in K-12 education. * Demonstrated ability to uncover client needs and propose solutions to close new business opportunities and exceed revenue targets. * Proficient use of computer software, specifically sales planning, forecasting and tracking tools, such as and Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Suite * Strong analytical, writing, speaking and presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to deliver product presentations and written proposals to both groups and individuals. * Ability to develop customer relationship and collaborate with management on strategies to achieve revenue goals. * Ability to travel up to 60%.
