Serving as a direct liaison and market representative for all partnerships, community and governmental relationships to drive strategy and growth plans, promote the value proposition for the community served, and support the deployment of innovative care delivery. Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead the establishment, stabilization, and expansion of an emerging market bringing to bear industry relationships and expertise to efficiently launch and develop operations.

  • Provide oversight of strategic partnerships, participate in board and management meetings.

  • Remain abreast of evolving community needs, regional healthcare market, and industry trends making appropriate changes, and anticipating future state conditions.

  • Develop partnerships, negotiate contracts, and establish service level agreements while encouraging a culture of accountability and implementing processes to measure performance.

Education and experience requirements:

  • Master's degree required, preferably an MHA, MSN, MBA or related degree.

  • Minimum of ten years results oriented experience in healthcare operations, financial management and market development experience is required.

  • Progressive management experience with success in matrixed operating structures.

  • Experience leading acute and ambulatory clinical services in a sophisticated multi-faceted healthcare setting.

  • Experience delivering results with a variety of stakeholders driving outcomes through influence and collaboration.

  • Experience deploying large scale growth initiatives with innovative care models.
