Fundamental Administrative Services, LLC is searching for a Regional Environmental Services Director to work with client skilled nursing centers located across South Carolina.

Position is based in South Carolina.

Summary:

This working position will be responsible for ensuring client facilities are in compliance with all policies and procedures surrounding environmental services. Will provide training and development for proper equipment use/record keeping, protective gear, safety precautions as well as documentation requirements. Will tour the facilities regularly, meeting with stakeholders, preparing and communicating scorecards for continuous improvement of operations. Maintains expense/materials management for each location ensuring budget compliance for supplies. Reports, equipment/cleaning product needs and solutions while adhering to all safety precautions at facility. Implements and monitors state-wide cleaning schedule to ensure compliance to all state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

5+ years of experience in Environmental Services in a leadership/supervisory position, multi-site experience is highly preferred

Must be able to work as scheduled and on time with limited supervision

Must possess positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions

Knowledge of state and federal regulations

Must be able and willing to travel extensively via personal automobile - overnight travel will be required
