We are seeking a Regional EHS Manager to cover the Dublin laboratory.

The Regional EHS Manager for the Dublin Laboratory will function as the Safety Officer for the Dublin lab, as well as a resource for all employees within Ohio. This role will also ensure employees are complying with EHS policies, and see that the lab is prepared for CAP and CLIA inspections; additionally, will respond to employee concerns.

Job Duties include:

  • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance

  • Investigation and documentation of employee injuries

  • Being the Chair of the Dublin Safety Committee

  • Assist/facilitate inspections

  • Function as a liaison between Dublin and the Divisional EHS Officer and Corporate EHS

  • Follow-up on employee concerns and complaints

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Prior experience working specimens, or within a clinical laboratory

  • Prior supervisor and leadership experience

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: Normally a Bachelor's Degree w/3-5 years of experience with continuing education requirements in safety related field.

ScheduleMonday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; Schedule could vary based on business need
