Office Location: Greater Boston
Provides oversight to Clinical Educators to ensure that a consistent "product" is delivered/provided to all staff across the organization from on-boarding to clinical competency and professional development.
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in clinical field (RN, OT, PT, SLP) or related experience in Home Health field preferred. Licensed to practice in MA.
Experience: Minimum 5 years clinical experience, 3 of which are recent home care required.
Prior management and teaching experience preferred. Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and E-Learning modalities preferred.
