We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Ductless Sales Manager in the Southeast Region located in Charlotte, NC.

Purpose : Carrier Enterprise is looking for a subject matter expert in the Ductless Product Line to develop the growing market in this business. In this position, the individual will be responsible for using product segment, sales growth, marketing programs and targeting approaches to profitably grow this segment of the business. In addition, the Regional Ductless Sales Manager will evaluate both Residential and Commercial market segments and implement strategy to penetrate both segments with Carrier and Toshiba-Carrier brands.

Reporting Structure:

  • This position will report to the VP of Sales and will be an individual contributor role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering regional quarterly sales targets for Ductless segments, Carrier and Toshiba-Carrier brands.

  • Monthly sales forecasting, product and parts ordering, added-value programs, promotions and training.

  • Provide leadership in developing and maintaining an effective and high performance Ductless sales focused team.

  • Implement overall product and regional Ductless sales strategies, Residential and Commercial segments. Simplify brand strategy.

  • Develop and implement Ductless marketing programs in accordance with CE regional objectives and marketing plan.

  • Champion marketing programs to further develop and strengthen Toshiba-Carrier brand to compete against Mitsubishi and Daikin.

  • Implement and follow up on Specification program to increase Toshiba-Carrier specs on Commercial jobs.

  • Develop and deliver consultative sales techniques to direct staff.

  • Share best practices with other Ductless Regional Product Specialists.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Engineering;

  • 5+ years experience in ductless sales and marketing and HVAC industry;

  • Exceptional communication skills.
