Job Title: Regional Director
Supervisor's Title: National Clinical Director
The Regional Director is responsible for the supervision, management and training of the Vive clinicians on their local team. The Regional Director participates in cultivating healthy teams and reports directly to the National Clinical Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a small caseload
Manage revenue report and billing process
Hold fiscal responsibility for profitability of market per assigned metrics
Provide weekly supervision with market team members
Support team members and monitor caseloads
Act as case manager for all families (ensure communication with referral sources, paperwork is complete)
Communicate with National Clinical Director weekly
Report any families struggling in the program and concerns about clinicians to National Clinical Director
Hold Treatment Team meetings
Attend marketing events as necessary
Work with Director of Outreach on any additional marketing efforts identified
Anticipate and respond to hiring needs of market
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Preference of a minimum of three years in a leadership role or extensive experience with clinical oversight in a therapeutic setting. Must hold current therapeutic License.
Demonstrated knowledge of child protection work, parental capacities and risk assessment.
Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans that allow clients to remain in community placements wherever possible.
Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of client's mental health issues and psychopharmacology.
Thorough knowledge of the system of client's mental health care and service provision.
Demonstrated ability in crisis planning.
Demonstrated ability to formulate clinical treatment plans.
Familiarity with and understanding of child welfare and protective service principles and practice.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple disciplines.
Ability to work with multicultural populations.
Demonstrated skill in problem solving, consensus building, conflict resolution, advocacy, and team building.
Willingness to travel within region and to occasional company meetings.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master's Degree or higher with a focus in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, and marriage and family counseling and must be licensed in their respective field and a minimum of four years experience in adolescent mental health.
