Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Regional Director, Revenue Management Americas (Operations) for our Franchise portfolio, where you'll collaborate closely with Owners, Operators, and hotels to continue making Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The role is responsible for both the implementation of RM programs throughout America's Franchise properties and the support of a smaller Operator portfolio. The Role
The Regional Director of Revenue Management, Americas
The portfolio responsibility will be to optimize revenue and maximize profitability across our smaller Franchise Operators. Guide Operators to utilize resources to increase market performance and adhere to Hyatt's RM commercial standards (Hyatt's systems, tools, and analytics). The Senior Manager of Revenue Management Franchise
The Americas Franchise Revenue Management focus will be to lead project launches and sustainment efforts for Franchise hotels. Support internal/external communication to FORG stakeholders, education, audits, and tracking.
The position supports and reports to the Vice President of Revenue Management Americas
Support and guide Owners, Operators, and hotels in the Franchise division to formulate transient/group/contract inventory and pricing strategies. The goal is to increase market share, maximize revenue, and yield high net profits.
Ensure each Operator's hotel sales strategy and pricing recommendation are implemented across all channels, Hyatt key revenue systems, and market segments.
Lead FORG aspects of Global/Americas project launches and sustainment (e.g., PrO rollout and adoption, FPG Upselling program, STR upgrades, OTA contract upgrades).
Create and support FORG standards and tracking sustainment.
Develop scalable communications and audits in the field. Communicate to the field in a standard, consistent, professional template with actionable directions for resolution. Educate where necessary. Collect, organize, track, and communicate the status of work.
Lead FORG RM needs with the marketing and digital departments. Coordinate Destination campaign market choices, contribute the RM perspective to field solicitations, and arrange result collection. Assist Digital with Hyatt Top Up Match promos and contribute to Global transient offers.
Provide tools, programming, and audit support necessary for RDRMs to enforce standards (e.g., Lighthouse enrollment, parity, and Member rates).
Represent FORG RM to other departments on specific revenue-related projects.
Ensure Operators are practicing Hyatt Corporate Revenue SOPs the strategies outlined in the Americas Revenue Management Standards and Procedures manual.
Support VP in developing and delivering content to FORG-related audiences to educate on RM programming and projects (e.g., FORG meeting, CS Americas meeting).
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values.
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in hotel revenue management or a related role
Strong understanding of Hyatt's Revenue Management systems, tools, and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with different levels of management
Experience presenting and conducting training, both one-on-one and group settings
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
Willingness to travel for work as needed
Confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
Experience Preferred:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel or related field desired
Ideas, PRIO, Reserve, and RMT experience are preferred
