Join Butterfly Effects in a key leadership role to bring high quality ABA informed treatment to the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News Metro area. Butterfly Effects at one of the country's largest home and center-based treatment providers to families/children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The RD position is more than a job - it's an opportunity to make a socially significant impact by improving the current state of ABA guided ASD treatment across the nation. Butterfly Effects is under new clinical and executive leadership and is headquartered in beautiful Deerfield Beach, Florida. The right candidate will be integral to ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes. As the primary link between the Butterfly Effects corporate office and its field-based BCBAs, the RDs will be responsible for daily problem solving and benchmarking the success of regional management. Additional responsibilities encompass professional staff career development, including on-boarding, orientations and evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral or Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or related human services field with a minimum of five years' experience working with individuals with disabilities.

  • Experience supervising both center-based and home-based ABA treatment programs.

  • This position also requires presentation experience directed towards school staff, behavioral professionals, and/or relevant training of others in principles/applications of applied behavior analysis procedures.

  • Must hold and maintain a current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D).
