General Purpose - Assigned Sales & Marketing Lead responsible for delivery of sales and marketing programs, services, and resources to Indigo-managed HOA private clubs and Troon Priv-managed private clubs. Provides strategic direction, creative ideation, planning, and some execution of tactical support to drive qualified membership and event leads, engage prospects in the sales journey, and connect members to their club and one another.

Essential Duties

  • Manage the sales and marketing strategy and campaign execution for multiple client accounts in various locations, including transitions in and out of the management portfolio, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Support private clubs in developing sales and marketing plans to meet revenue/retention goals, in collaboration with the onsite general managers and club teams and in conjunction with the assigned Operations Leads:

  • Implementing and maintaining established protocols for service standards within Indigo's Integrated Marketing Strategy model and utilizing templates/best practices as established in the Troon Priv Membership Master Plan.

  • Providing access to leverage the master Troon brand and associated resources and programs.

  • Using online/onsite tracking tools for campaign details, content, and context clarification.

  • Communicating with internal subject matter specialists and regional teams via job management system, video conferencing, email, and telephone.

  • Track and evaluate data points to gauge campaign activity and effectiveness (ROI) while working closely with the analytics and digital marketing teams if applicable, and recommending/making changes as appropriate.

  • Partner with onsite general managers and club teams to develop/maintain marketing campaign and communications materials including, but not limited to: Broadcast email, public and private website, organic and paid social media, print and digital advertising, collateral, signage, and direct mail.

  • Facilitate internal/external designers to meet campaign creative need/budget requirements.

  • Execute administrative tasks including, but not limited to: Invoice processing/payment, shipment tracking, stakeholder and internal reporting, and vendor management.

Preferences for Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree and/or five years related and accomplished experience.

  • Proven success in sales and marketing, preferably in an equity/non-equity private club environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex information in order to recommend the appropriate best practices, and/or develop new practices and approaches.

  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks at once, and excel while working independently and as a key member of the organization's sales and marketing team.

  • Proven working knowledge of organic and paid social media, website development and maintenance, broadcast email, graphic design, video and photo production, CRM tools, and technology in general.

  • Expertise in all Microsoft Office applications. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications desired.

  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
